The reason you have that correction in the fine letter, after the title is precisely because you know the title is misleading and you want to cover your behinds when customers complain about being swindled. When I confronted G2A about the misleading title and requested a refund, they told me that because it was in the "fine letter" below the title that this wasn't the game, that I was "therefore not swindled" which is obviously complete BS since most people only read the title and if the title wasn't misleading there wouldn't even be a need for a clarification in the fine letter. I bought what was titled as a game on G2A, but was actually a Steam account associated to that game instead, basically not allowing me to play the game on my Steam account. G2A is not only protecting swindler sellers it is also refusing to issue refunds for it.
